Chrysalis Festival has officially announced its 2026 edition, set to take place from May 14 to 16, 2026, in Los Cabos, Mexico, positioning itself as a boutique destination festival focused on curated experiences, artistic immersion, and genre-blending performances. Curated by Empire of the Sun, the three-day event will feature more than 25 artists across three stages, alongside large-scale art installations and late-night DJ sets.
Leading the lineup is Empire of the Sun, who will deliver three exclusive performances, making Chrysalis Festival one of the most unique appearances of the project in 2026. Joining them is Disclosure, performing a special DJ set, offering a club-focused take on their globally recognized sound. The lineup also includes The Flaming Lips, known for their psychedelic live shows, as well as Magdalena Bay, Del Water Gap, DJ Tennis, and Midnight Generation, blending indie, electronic, and alternative influences.
Further artists announced include Walker & Royce, Adanowsky, DJ Heartstring, Aaron Hibell, Rio Kosta, Sofia Kourtesis, and Roi Turbo, with more acts still to be revealed. The programming reflects a balance between live performances and DJ-driven sets, designed to evolve from daytime experiences into late-night sessions.
Set against the coastal landscape of Los Cabos, Chrysalis Festival emphasizes atmosphere as much as music, combining destination travel with thoughtfully curated sound, visual art, and community-focused design. With its limited-capacity approach and artist-led vision, the festival aims to offer an alternative to large-scale commercial events, prioritizing intimacy, creativity, and storytelling.
Chrysalis Festival 2026 is a 25+ event and promises a fully immersive, three-day destination experience. Additional lineup announcements and ticket information are expected in the coming months as anticipation continues to build for one of 2026’s most distinctive international music festivals.
